FREE SHIPPING within Australia on all orders over $300.
For all orders under $300 shipping will be a flat rate $12.95 for Australia Post Express.
Deliveries for orders placed by 10 am Monday – Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
NOTE: Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been processed.
Viva Boutique will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

All orders are subject to availability. We will do our very best to supply you with your ordered item. Please note, on occasion items may not be available. In this instance, we will be in touch and offer you a replacement size or a full refund of the unavailable item.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Viva Boutique takes great pride in our reputation for quality products. We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and a thorough check of your garment is undertaken before it is sent off. Should you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault please contact us within 48 hours from receiving your goods and we will try and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will assist us in speeding up the returns process.
We will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items only where:
Returns that are damaged (due to wear), soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
All returns must be returned to Viva Boutique within 5 working days from contacting the store to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase.
Please note: Card refunds may take up to 7 – 10 working days for your bank to process. This can vary greatly between issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, have a defect or are unacceptable in appearance or finish. PLEASE NOTE items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style. All exchanges are subject to availability. If the style cannot be repaired or replaced customers will receive a full refund.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our range that appear on the Viva Boutique Online store. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method used to ensure safe and documented delivery. Viva Boutique takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Viva Boutique will reimburse any reasonable documented shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
The following items are non-refundable or exchangeable: jewellery, accessories or sale items unless deemed faulty.
How to Return/Exchange your Online Order
